ABOUT ME
Growing up, my father, an architect influenced me, I spent a lot of time in his office designing my dream house, playing with all kinds of materials and software. I learned about spaces, colors, structure, and materials in this environment, and my passion for design was established. I’ve always loved drawing, building, and fixing things with my hands, even now, I am still sketching animal portraits, and my dog has become my best model.
My passion for creativity never faded. I moved to the US and attended the University of South Carolina as an advertising major to pursue a creative career. Then I fell in love with fashion and decided to pursue my master's degree in fashion merchandising at the Academy of Art University. These experiences have given me experience in business, production, selling, and communication with businesses and customers. Coming from a fashion background, Houston has very limited opportunities, and I also realized that I still wanted to be on the creative side of the business, so I decided to pursue that dream by getting a certificate in UI/UX design from Rice University. Now I am working as a volunteer UX Design Lead at keep.id a non-profit organization in the fight against homelessness by building a user-centered platform to solve social workers' and clients' problems. I hope to take my skills to help others in need.
